For the presidential election to be held on 21.09.2024, all schools in the island will be closed on 20.09.2024 and reopen on 23.09.2024 as requested by the letter dated 09.09.2024 bearing number EC/ADM/PRE/2024 of the Chairman of the Election Commission.
